The folks here at Meticulous Details are passionate about our projects and pushing the limits of what a vehicle can look like. While the fact is that the factory finish is nice, it’s nowhere near perfect. We repair the surface of the paint to a mirror finish bringing out the luster and depth of the color, thereby perfecting what is an automated process.

Imagine buying a rare and beautiful Mustang Shelby GT500 only to see orange peel in the paint when the sun hits it just right… Yeah, it looks nice enough, but its not what such a stunning vehicle deserves. First, we tackled decontaminating the paint. Its a necessary part of the process that must be completed in a controlled environment. Then, on to the paint correction – where we even out any turbulence in the surface of the clear coat. Once again, we clean and decontaminated the surface of the Mustang. After, we painstakingly applied the Modesta Pure Liquid Glass coating to protect our hard work from future abuse, such as: tree/bird droppings, sun exposure, road dust and grime, iron contamination from braking.

On this particular project, our client had a lot of input in the day-to-day abuse his car underwent, so we developed the best solution to address his concerns. We also used our decades of experience to make sure quality products were used to fulfill their vision and bring the project home. It truly was an amazing example of what a collaborative effort can accomplish.
